The delivery of all products purchased online is carried out by means of the express courier service, and the transport is free on the territory of Romania.
RETURNS
If the GERVAIN product purchased online does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 14 days, only if the product has not been worn and shows no signs of wear caused by improper handling, and only in the original packaging.

PAYMENT IN REFUND SYSTEM
Cash on delivery payment, also called "Cash on delivery" in the checkout, is made in full upon delivery of the order. The payment will be paid in cash (RON) at the time of delivery of the package. You will pay the courier the invoice amount, respectively the value of the products and, if applicable, the transport fee.
