Orders
How can I place an order?
Select the products you are interested in and then add them to the cart. Follow the prompts to complete your order. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be sent an automatic purchase confirmation email.
How can I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can use it before completing the order.
What happens after an order is created?
As soon as the order is created, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive another email confirming that your order has been sent. Please note that standard delivery takes 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Why wasn't an order confirmation email sent?
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. We recommend checking your SPAM/JUNK folder. If after 24 hours you have not received the confirmation email, please write to us at: contact@gervain.com using the contact form on our page, here .
How can I cancel or modify the order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify, cancel or prevent the shipment of products after placing the order. If you wish to cancel the order, we recommend that you refuse to accept the shipment from the courier or use the free return of the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash on delivery payment
Cash on delivery payment, also called "Cash on delivery" in the checkout, is made in full upon delivery of the order. The payment will be paid in cash (RON) at the time of delivery of the package. You will pay the courier the invoice amount, respectively the value of the products and, if applicable, the transport fee.
Online card payment
Debit card payment processing is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard.
If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are carried out in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. There is no additional transaction fee.

Is there a warranty for the ordered products?
GERVAIN products come with a Certificate of Authenticity that describes exactly the materials used and their source. GERVAIN offers a 2-year warranty for all products sold.
The warranty does not include products that have defects caused by knocks, improper wear or handling or that are not in the original packaging.
Can I gift wrap the products?
All GERVAIN products are delivered in Premium jewelry boxes.
If you want to give this product as a gift to a loved one, just check the "Check here if you are purchasing this product as a gift for a loved one" checkbox under the "Add to Cart" button.
With this option, the jewelry boxes come individually wrapped with a personalized GERVAIN bow, and a personalized GERVAIN gift bag is added to the shipping box, which will be used later for handing the gift.
How do I know if the jewelry I am about to purchase has the right size?
The dimensions of the products are clearly stated on the product page. Also on our page you will find a size guide to facilitate the correct choice.
How are GERVAIN products marked?
GERVAIN products are marked with the GERVAIN LOGO (Registered Trademark) and, as the case may be, according to the legislation in force, with the Title Mark, Responsibility Mark and State Mark.

How is the product delivered?
The delivery of all products purchased online is carried out by means of the fast courier service.
What is the shipping cost?
The transport is free on the territory of Romania.
How can I track my order?
Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an email with its tracking number.
Can I exchange the product for another product in the store?
Unfortunately, products cannot be exchanged. If you want to exchange the products, please return them and then create a new order.
How can I return a GERVAIN product purchased online?
If the GERVAIN product purchased online does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 14 days, only if the product has not been worn and shows no signs of wear caused by improper handling, and only in the original packaging.
How many days after returning the goods will the amount be credited back to my bank account?
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date of delivery of the returned item. We will notify you by email of receipt, verification and registration of the return.
If a product is returned, who will bear the shipping cost?
In the case of returning a product, GERVAIN customers benefit from free returns for all online orders only if the request is made according to the instructions on our page. When the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return instructions.
