For situations where, according to the Terms, termination of the Contract and return of the products is permitted, such a request from the Customer must be communicated to the Seller within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Customer took physical possession of all the Products included in a specific single Order.

1. Make sure you meet all return conditions before creating a return request. Details on the delivery and returns page.
2. Complete the return form attached below with all the requested details.
3. The request is being processed in our system for verification. Once accepted, we will contact you to confirm the return.
4. After confirmation of the return, the products can be sent to the Gervain headquarters address. The courier company through which the return is made is chosen and paid for by the customer, also the receipt issued by the courier (proof of shipment) must be kept.
5. After receiving and checking the product, the amount will be refunded in full to the desired bank account (entered in the form) or to the card used to purchase the products, within 14 calendar days.
