Is there a warranty for the ordered products?
GERVAIN products come with a Certificate of Authenticity that describes exactly the materials used and their source. GERVAIN offers a 2-year warranty for all products sold.
The warranty does not include products that have defects caused by knocks, improper wear or handling, or that are not in the original packaging.
How is the product delivered?
The delivery of all products purchased online is carried out by GLS Group Delivery.
How can I return a GERVAIN product purchased online?
If the GERVAIN product purchased online does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 14 days, only if the product has not been worn and shows no signs of wear caused by improper handling, and only in the original packaging.
