Delivery and Returns

Geographical access to products

The Seller offers the Products for sale both domestically and internationally. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an Order whose Delivery destination presents inconveniences greater than the benefits of executing the Order. The discretion over such situations belongs exclusively to the Seller and can be exercised by refusing to Accept the Order.

Delivery time

The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the Order (maximum of 5 working days from the date of the Order) for national deliveries and a maximum of 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the Order (maximum of 9 working days from the date of the Order) for international deliveries (outside Romania). The delivery to the Customer and the transfer of ownership of the Products are considered to be completed on the date of delivery of the package to the courier/carrier service provider. If the Products are not delivered by the Seller within the agreed term, the Customer has the right to choose between granting an additional shipping term in favor of the Seller and canceling the order. In case of cancellation of the order, the Seller will refund the Customer the costs of purchasing the Products. The Seller will use its professional and technical knowledge to achieve the result stipulated in the Order and will deliver the Products that meet the requirements and specifications of the Customer, being responsible for the compliant delivery under the terms of the Terms.

Methods of delivery and estimated terms of receipt

International - 7-9 business days via DHL Express

National (Romania) - 1-3 working days via Sameday

Receipt of the products by the Customer

The date of receipt of the products by the Customer is conditioned by the delivery terms assumed by the courier/carrier service provider, depending on the destination.

The Seller will make every effort to present estimated terms of receipt of the products by the Customer within the Platform, but does not assume any obligation for the result. The Seller is not responsible for the time it takes for the Products to be received by the Customer.

The methods of delivery of the products are displayed on the Platform, their availability being conditioned by the destination of the products. Seller reserves the right to remove or add delivery methods depending on relationships with courier/shipping service providers.

Refusal of the Customer to accept the Receipt

If the Products are returned by the carrier/courier for reasons related to the impossibility of delivery (incorrect address, non-existent recipient, the recipient's refusal to pick up the package, the recipient's failure to pick up the package from the location indicated by the carrier/courier, non-payment by Customer of customs duties and/or other national taxes, as the case may be, and/or other similar reasons), the Seller is entitled to consider the order canceled due to the fault of the Customer. In this case, the Seller becomes the owner of the Products, has the right to regain possession of them and has the obligation to return to the Customer, as the case may be, the costs of purchasing the Products from which he will deduct the transport costs paid by the Seller to the carrier/courier for the return of the Products (if if applicable), as well as a penalty of 30% of the purchase costs as a penalty clause for the Customer's failure to fulfill the obligation to take over the Products. If the Products are returned by the carrier/courier for reasons related to the impossibility of delivery (incorrect address, non-existent recipient, the recipient's refusal to pick up the package, the recipient's failure to pick up the package from the location indicated by the carrier/courier, non-payment by Customer of customs duties and/or other national taxes, as the case may be and/or other similar reasons in effect), the Seller is entitled to consider the order cancelled.

In this case, the Seller becomes the owner of the Products, has the right to regain possession of them and has the obligation to return to the Customer the Costs of the purchase of the Products from which he will deduct the transport costs paid by the Seller to the carrier/courier for the return of the Products (if applicable), as well as a penalty of 30% of the Purchase Costs, as a penalty clause for the Customer's failure to fulfill the obligation to take over the Products. The penalty does not apply in the case of express cancellation of the order by the Customer after the Products have been shipped by the Seller, in which case the provisions on Cancellation of the order after delivery become applicable.

Termination of the Contract. Right of return

For the situations in which, according to the Terms, it is allowed to terminate the Contract and return the products, such a request from the Customer must be communicated to the Seller within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Customer took physical possession of all the Products contained in a certain Single Order.

If the returned Products show signs of being damaged, the original packaging is missing or damaged, the Customer agrees that the Seller has the right to qualify this situation as not allowing the return according to the Terms, in which case the purchase costs will not be refunded to Client. The Customer has the right to request the return of the Products by the Seller in such cases.
